Private Yoga is for beginners, experienced yogis, and everyone in between! This 30-60 minute, one-on-one, class consists of a variety of rejuvenating yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and deep relaxation. This private session can aid in restoring your overall balance as well as re-energizing your batteries. Step into a session and begin to release the stagnation of the day, improve concentration, and leave feeling refreshed. This practice is a total body tune-up that can help create more mobility, improve circulation, increase productivity and boost positivity. It’s a perfect pick me up. Class ends with a brief head and foot massage. Each class is tailored to clients goals. All levels welcome.
